Ashima Mathur will lead integrated marketing strategy, demand generation, and brand positioning for RSA Security across the APAC South region.
In her new role, she will focus on building high-impact campaigns, strengthening revenue marketing frameworks, and driving growth across enterprise, SMB, and partner ecosystems.
Her responsibilities include aligning marketing strategies with business outcomes and improving customer engagement across the region.
Before joining RSA Security, Ashima spent over 10 years at Pitney Bowes, where she led regional marketing across Asia Pacific and India, managing multi-market strategies and operations.
She has also held leadership roles at IBM, Computer Sciences Corporation and Patni Computer Systems
Her experience covers product marketing, integrated communications, digital strategy, and campaign execution.
Ashima Mathur joins RSA Security development comes at a time when organisations are focusing more on revenue-driven marketing and customer-centric growth strategies.
Her leadership is expected to strengthen RSA’s market positioning and accelerate demand generation across the APAC region.
