In his new role, Phanindra will lead strategic initiatives across product strategy, platform development, customer success, and AI-led innovation. His mandate includes enabling enterprises to move from data to decision intelligence with greater speed and clarity.
Prior to this, he served as Senior Product Manager at Salesforce, where he led GenAI-powered product and platform initiatives. He delivered over 40+ AI workflows and 25+ HRMS integrations, contributing to $30M in ACV and helping build a pipeline exceeding $100M. His work also enhanced customer experience and service efficiency across digital platforms.
Earlier, at Amazon, Phanindra worked as Senior Product Manager – Technical, where he played a key role in re-architecting Appstore search using LLM technologies. This led to improved conversion rates and reduced latency. He also led the development of AI-assisted developer ecosystems, boosting productivity and accelerating release cycles.
Phanindra spent over 8 years at Microsoft, contributing to large-scale data ecosystems and AI-driven supply chain solutions. His work focused on integrating massive data sources to enable real-time decision-making and improve global operational efficiency.
He began his career with roles at UnitedHealth Group, IBM, and Value Momentum, building strong expertise in software engineering, enterprise systems, and product development across telecom, healthcare, and e-commerce sectors.
Phanindra holds a PGDM in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
