IndiQube secures 1,140-seat GCC workspace deal in Pune worth Rs 54 crore

India’s flexible workspace market continues to see strong demand from global firms expanding their presence. IndiQube Spaces Limited has signed a 1,140-seat office leasing agreement with a global capability centre (GCC) client in Pune.

The workspace will be located at IndiQube Orchid and spans multiple floors. The deal is valued at around Rs 54 crore over a period of 5 years.

According to the company, the facility is designed to support diverse business functions within a single location. It includes labs, server rooms, meeting spaces, training zones, and individual workstations.

IndiQube highlighted that GCC clients make up nearly 40% of its overall portfolio. This reflects rising demand from multinational companies setting up or expanding offshore centres in India. These centres are increasingly being used for technology development, operations, and support services.

The Pune deal comes at a time when GCC expansion is accelerating across key cities such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune. Companies are choosing managed workspaces to scale operations without long-term ownership commitments.

Industry experts note that demand for such flexible office spaces is driven by the need for faster setup, the ability to scale teams quickly, and access to specialised infrastructure within office environments.
