In this leadership role, Mr. Gregory will oversee the company’s people strategy across its UK and Ireland operations, bringing extensive experience in HR leadership, employee relations, industrial relations, compliance, and operational delivery within complex and unionised environments.
In his interim assignment, Gregory is expected to lead end-to-end HR and industrial relations (IR) functions, supporting workforce stability and operational readiness. He will work closely with business leaders to deliver practical and commercially focused people solutions aligned with Unifi’s aviation services operations.
Gregory brings broad experience across aviation services, facilities management, and regulated operational sectors. Prior to joining Unifi, he worked as Senior Consultant, Industry and Workforce Relations, and has held several interim and advisory roles across major organizations and airports. His experience includes negotiating pay frameworks, managing TUPE transitions, supporting demobilisation and mobilisation programmes, and leading large-scale workforce change initiatives.
Earlier, Gregory served as Managing Director and Principal at Wyndham Gregory Ltd, a consultancy and interim practice focused on HR, industrial relations, operations, security, compliance, and transformation. Through this platform, he led several assignments including union pay negotiations, business improvement initiatives, demobilisation programmes, and people-led transformation projects across aviation environments. He also provided mentoring and consultancy support to Unifi Aviation on HR, IR, and industry relations matters.
In addition to his operational roles, Gregory serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Aviation Services UK, contributing to industry collaboration and advocacy for ground handling operators across the UK aviation sector.
Previously, he held senior leadership positions at ABM UK, including Industrial Relations & Operations Director and UK Operations Director and Vice President, Aviation, alongside HR leadership responsibilities in aviation operations and business partnering.
Gregory has also led large-scale aviation operations and HR functions at OCS Group UK. Earlier in his career, he worked as Head of Human Resources – Flight Operations at easyJet, where he partnered with senior leadership teams across multi-country flight operations in a highly unionised and safety-critical environment.
He also spent a significant period at NATS, holding roles in operational leadership and resourcing as well as business improvement. Gregory began his HR career with the Civil Aviation Authority and the News Media Association.
With decades of experience across aviation and operational industries, Gregory is expected to support Unifi’s workforce strategy and operational stability across its UK and Ireland operations.
