As part of its long-term growth plan, Skoda Auto India has confirmed the launch of 4 new models across different segments during the 2026 calendar year. The roadmap includes updates and performance-focused offerings, with launches scheduled from Q1 through Q4.
Leading the rollout is the Skoda Kushaq facelift, with prices set to be announced in March. The updated midsize SUV has already been unveiled and features a refreshed design. Changes include a redesigned front bumper, a revised grille with segmented LED elements inspired by the Kodiaq, and updated headlamps. The side profile is highlighted by new 17-inch alloy wheels, while the rear gets connected LED tail lamps with a light bar and a reworked tailgate.
The interior of the 2026 Kushaq sees major upgrades. It introduces a segment-first rear-seat massage function, a panoramic sunroof, full LED cabin lighting, front parking sensors, illuminated Skoda lettering at the rear, sequential turn indicators, leatherette upholstery, and ventilated, electrically adjustable front seats. Additional features include a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, automatic climate control, and 6 airbags as standard. Engine options remain the 1.0-litre and 1.5-litre TSI petrol units, paired with a 6-speed manual, 7-speed DSG, and a new 8-speed torque converter automatic.
In Q2, Skoda will introduce the Kodiaq RS. Powered by a 2.0-litre TSI engine producing 261 bhp and 400 Nm, the performance SUV can sprint from 0–100 km/h in 6.3 seconds. The RS package adds red accents, gloss black exterior elements, blacked-out interiors with red stitching, and sporty pedals. The India-spec version is expected to arrive as a CKD.
Q3 will see the launch of the Kylaq Sportline+, a sportier variant of Skoda’s sub-4 m SUV. It retains the 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine delivering 115 PS and 178 Nm, with visual upgrades inside and out.
Rounding off the year in Q4 is the return of the Skoda Octavia RS. After the 2025 launch of just 100 units sold out within minutes, Skoda has confirmed an additional batch for late 2026.
