Prior to joining Kore.ai, he served as Delivery Director and Project Manager at HighRadius, where he led complex delivery engagements and large project teams. He has also held Project Manager roles at BCforward and worked as General Manager at Techouts, gaining broad exposure to enterprise delivery and operational strategy.
Earlier in his career, Ravikanth held leadership positions at Tema Business Systems Pvt Ltd as Team Leader, and at Sitel Group, where he developed strong people management and operational capabilities. These roles helped shape his hands-on approach to managing teams, improving processes, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
With this background, Ravikanth is expected to play a key role in aligning delivery execution with Kore.ai’s strategic priorities. His experience across technology, services, and enterprise delivery positions him well to support the company’s expanding global client base and complex deployment needs.
