In her new role, Hans will lead VLCC’s global people agenda, talent transformation, and organisational effectiveness initiatives. She is expected to play a key role in shaping a high-performance, people-centric culture aligned with the company’s long-term growth vision.
Prior to joining VLCC, she served as Chief People Officer at MPS Limited, where she led enterprise-wide HR strategy with a focus on talent, culture, and organisational transformation.
She also brings significant experience from her nearly 6-year tenure at OYO, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Head HR for Vacation Homes, Technology & Product, and Corporate functions. During this period, she drove HR strategy across global teams, led diversity initiatives, and supported organisational scalability in a high-growth environment.
Earlier, Hans spent close to 9 years at Accenture, working across HR business partnering, talent strategy, and management consulting. She contributed to large-scale HR transformation programmes, talent frameworks, and organisational design initiatives across global businesses.
She began her career at GE Capital, where she built strong expertise in HR operations, compensation strategy, workforce management, and policy design.
Hans holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.
Her appointment reflects VLCC’s continued focus on strengthening its people function and advancing a culture-led growth strategy.
