Vivo has expanded its tablet portfolio with the launch of the Vivo Pad 5c in China. The new Android tablet shares the same specifications as the recently introduced iQOO Pad 5c and offers a high-refresh-rate display, Snapdragon processor and AI-powered features.

The Vivo Pad 5c is priced at CNY 2,699 (approximately ₹37,000) for the 8GB + 128GB variant. The 8GB + 256GB model is priced at CNY 2,999 (approximately ₹41,000), while the top-end 12GB + 256GB version costs CNY 3,499 (approximately ₹47,000). The tablet is available in Blueprint, Green and Grey colour options and is currently on sale in China through Vivo’s official website.

The tablet runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and features a 12.1-inch 2.8K display with a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 900 nits peak brightness. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 256GB UFS 4.1 storage.

For photography, the Vivo Pad 5c includes an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. It also features a 4-speaker panoramic sound system and a 3D cooling system for improved thermal performance.

The tablet comes with several AI-powered features, including AI PPT Assistant, Vivo File Transfer and floating window support to improve productivity.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack. The device also supports facial recognition and comes pre-installed with WPS Office.

The Vivo Pad 5c packs a 10,000mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging. It measures 266.43 × 192 × 6.62mm and weighs 584g.
