Karix has strengthened its HR leadership team by elevating Uma Singh to Senior Director – Human Resources.
Uma has held multiple HR leadership roles at the company and has been closely involved in shaping its people strategy and organisational initiatives.
Before her elevation, Singh served as Director – HR Business Partner, Associate Director – HR Business Partner and Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Karix. Across these roles, she worked on leadership development, culture transformation, talent acquisition, employee retention, performance management and change initiatives.
Uma brings broader HR experience from her earlier roles at Hitachi Payment Services Pvt. Ltd., where she served as Senior Human Resources Manager, Manager – Human Resources and Executive – Human Resources.
She also worked as Senior Executive Human Resources at Bharti AXA Life Insurance.
Her experience spans HR operations, employee engagement, workforce planning, organisational restructuring, HR digitisation and business partnering.
In her new role at Karix, Uma will build on her experience across people strategy and HR business partnering as she takes on a broader leadership mandate.
