UiPath has strengthened its marketing leadership with the appointment of Roopal Shah as Head of Marketing, bringing more than 15 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, go-to-market strategy and business growth.

Shah has a strong track record of driving pipeline growth, accelerating revenue and supporting market expansion. Her experience includes leading India go-to-market strategies and adapting global brand narratives into locally relevant campaigns and execution.

Before joining UiPath, Shah served as Head of Marketing – India & SAARC at Cloudflare. She previously held the role of Head of Marketing – B2B, India & SAARC at McAfee.

Across her career, Shah has worked closely with sales teams, go-to-market functions and executive leadership to deliver measurable, ROI-focused outcomes. She also has firsthand experience building an integrated marketing function from the ground up in India.

Her expertise spans B2B technology marketing, demand generation, market expansion and revenue-focused marketing. Known for combining strategic direction with disciplined execution, Shah brings a data-driven approach to marketing leadership in high-growth environments.

At UiPath, she will take on the responsibility of driving the company’s marketing efforts and strengthening its growth and market presence in India.
