Strengthening its focus on enterprise learning and workforce transformation, Tata Technologies has promoted Tracy Austina Zacreas to Vice President. With nearly 25 years of experience across academia and the automotive engineering sector, she will now lead large-scale enterprise learning, technical capability development, and global talent readiness initiatives.

In her new leadership role, Tracy will oversee global learning strategies, technical training frameworks, workforce transformation programs, and engineering capability development supporting the automotive, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing sectors.

Her promotion marks another milestone in her long-standing journey with Tata Technologies. Prior to this role, she served as Deputy Vice President & Global Head – Learning & Development and AVP Global Head – Technical Learning and Development, where she played a key role in advancing technical learning and organizational capability-building initiatives.

Before joining Tata Technologies, Tracy spent more than 6 years at KPIT as Head – Engineering Academy & Operations while also serving as a Course Director at Coventry University. Earlier in her career, she spent 12 years as Assistant Professor of Automotive Electronics at M. S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, building a strong foundation in engineering education and technical research.

Known for her expertise in strategic instructional design, technical workforce transformation, and industrial-academic collaboration, Tracy has earned recognition across India’s technology, engineering research, and talent development ecosystem.

Her experience spans technical training, learning analytics, industrial upskilling, engineering education, and global workforce development, positioning her to support Tata Technologies’ continued focus on future-ready talent and large-scale engineering transformation.
