Sarita Panigrahi takes charge of global talent acquisition at Tata Communications

Tata Communications has appointed Sarita Panigrahi as Global Head – Talent Acquisition in India. She brings over 19 years of experience in strategic talent acquisition, global recruitment governance, workforce planning and recruitment technology. In her new role, she will focus on aligning talent strategies with business growth and developing scalable hiring operations.

Before joining Tata Communications, Panigrahi served as Director, People and Culture – Talent Acquisition at Omnicom. She previously worked as Recruitment Leader at Amazon and Head of Talent Acquisition – APAC, EMEA and US at iMerit Technology. Earlier in her career, she held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Persistent Systems.

Throughout her career, Panigrahi has gained experience in global recruitment strategy, workforce architecture, talent analytics, recruitment automation and team leadership across diverse markets. Her expertise in building recruitment strategies and strengthening hiring processes will support her responsibilities at Tata Communications.
