Sourabh brings over 26 years of leadership experience across the US, India, and Singapore. In his new role, he will lead the company’s digital and technology roadmap, with a focus on building scalable and customer focused digital platforms. His mandate also includes strengthening long term digital capabilities across the organisation.
Sourabh brings deep domain expertise across Life, General, and Health Insurance. His experience is expected to support Kotak Life’s efforts to enhance technology led transformation and improve digital engagement across its operations.
Before joining Kotak Life, Sourabh served as Group Chief Technology Officer at OONA Insurance. In this role, he led large scale digital transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia. This included the rollout of a multi country Insurance as a Service platform supported by Warburg Pincus LLC.
Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Bajaj General Insurance, where he led technology, digital sales, and marketing functions. He also held board level responsibilities at Bajaj Markets during this period.
Sourabh has also worked with ICICI Lombard and Infosys Technologies, where he managed complex technology and business transformation programs for global insurance clients. His broad experience across insurers and technology services firms has shaped his approach to driving innovation at scale.
With this appointment, Kotak Life aims to accelerate its digital transformation agenda and strengthen its technology foundation to support future growth.
