Snabbit accelerates growth with fresh funding and service expansion

In a strong signal of investor confidence, Snabbit has secured $56 million in a fresh funding round co-led by Susquehanna Venture Capital, Unicorn Growth Fund and Bertelsmann India Investments. The latest funding has pushed the company’s valuation to $350 million, nearly doubling its value from 6 months ago.

Founder and CEO Aayush Agarwal said the funds will be used to expand into more cities and introduce new services. At present, Snabbit operates in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune.

The company is seeing rapid growth despite challenges such as labour shortages and managing costs. Agarwal said the focus remains on building the business in a sustainable way.

In March 2026, Snabbit handled more than 1 million orders, compared to 500,000 orders just 3 months earlier. The startup is also testing new offerings such as home cook services to stay competitive in a fast-growing market.

Snabbit faces competition from platforms like Pronto and Urban Company as it continues to scale operations and expand its service portfolio.
