Strengthening its leadership team, SmartWinnr has appointed Wing Commander Jasween Kaur Sahani (Retd.) as Senior Program Manager – APAC Region. The appointment brings another experienced Indian Armed Forces leader into the company as it continues to expand its AI-powered sales enablement and coaching platform.
Jasween served in the Indian Air Force for more than 15 years, where she built expertise in operational excellence, strategic leadership, and large-scale program execution. During her tenure as a Wing Commander, she supervised more than 50,000 hours of incident-free flying operations, managed 50+ air assets during major national and international exercises, and played a key role in the Integrated Air Command and Control System (IACCS), supporting real-time situational awareness and mission readiness.
She holds an MBA from NMIMS, has completed the Business Management Program at IIM Bangalore, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI.
