With more than 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and leadership hiring, Shetty has developed deep expertise in building and scaling hiring functions across technology, banking, product, and GCC sectors.
Before this elevation, she held multiple leadership positions at ANSR, including Senior Manager – GDC and TA Manager – GDC, where she played a key role in strengthening talent acquisition operations and hiring strategy.
Earlier in her career, Shetty spent nearly 8 years at Quess Corp Limited and its division IKYA Human Capital Solutions. During her tenure, she managed large-scale recruitment programs, executive hiring, RPO engagements, vendor management, and niche technology talent acquisition initiatives.
Shetty began her professional journey with DilysMadoc Softech Pvt Ltd as an Associate Technical Recruiter, building her foundation in recruitment and talent management.
Her latest appointment highlights ANSR’s continued focus on strengthening its talent leadership and scaling hiring capabilities across fast-growing enterprise and GCC environments.
