Gordon Ramsay North America has promoted Ronnie Price to Corporate Director of Human Resources, recognizing her leadership in advancing the company’s people strategy and supporting its continued growth across North America.
In her new role, Price will lead corporate human resources initiatives across Gordon Ramsay North America’s expanding portfolio of restaurant brands. She will oversee enterprise-wide HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, leadership development, workforce planning and people operations to help build a high-performing workplace culture.
Price joined Gordon Ramsay North America in early 2024 and most recently served as Corporate Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, she worked closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, talent development, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness across the company’s growing restaurant operations.
Before joining the company, Price was Complex Director of Human Resources at Dimension Hospitality, where she managed HR operations across multiple hospitality properties. Her responsibilities included employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, workforce planning, leadership development and operational HR management.
Earlier, she spent more than 1 year at B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, progressing through the roles of Area Human Resources Manager, Senior Area Human Resources Manager, and Assistant Director of Human Resources. During this period, she supported multi-property HR operations, strengthened talent management practices, enhanced employee engagement and partnered with operational leaders to improve organizational performance.
Prior to her hospitality leadership roles, Price built her HR expertise at AMC Theatres, where she advanced from Human Resources Supervisor to Human Resources Manager after beginning her career in an operational role with Kerasotes ShowPlace Theatres. These experiences helped her develop expertise in employee relations, labor relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, leadership coaching and workforce operations.
Throughout her career, Price has built strong capabilities in Human Resources Strategy, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HR Compliance, Hospitality HR, Team Leadership and People Operations.
Her promotion reflects Gordon Ramsay North America’s continued investment in experienced HR leadership to support business growth while fostering an engaging and high-performance workplace culture.
