Many users across the world reported trouble accessing Reddit as the platform experienced a sudden outage. The issue was highlighted by a well-known outage monitoring website, which showed a rapid rise in reports from affected users.
According to data from the tracking platform, more than 250 complaints were filed as disruptions peaked around 3:55 PM. Users noted that they were unable to load content or navigate smoothly, creating widespread frustration among those trying to access the service.
The platform’s data revealed a breakdown of the problems reported by users. About 48% faced issues on the Reddit website, while 42% experienced problems on the Reddit app. Another 10% reported difficulties with server connection, indicating that the outage impacted multiple access points.
The situation continues to be monitored as users await stability. Many are checking live status updates to understand the scale of the outage and when full functionality may return.
