Realme is preparing to expand its smartphone lineup in India with the launch of the Realme 16T 5G on May 22. The upcoming device will join the Realme 16 series and will be available in 3 colour options — Starlight Black, Starlight Red and blue.
The smartphone will be sold through Flipkart and Realme’s official online store.
One of the biggest highlights of the Realme 16T 5G is its massive 8,000mAh battery. According to the company, the phone is expected to deliver up to 3 days of usage on a single charge. It is also claimed to support more than 14 hours of gaming along with extended social media and entertainment usage without frequent charging.
The device supports 45W fast charging and also includes bypass charging technology, which helps reduce heating during gaming sessions. Reverse charging support will allow users to charge other compatible devices using the smartphone.
Under the hood, the Realme 16T 5G will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor paired with at least 8GB RAM. The smartphone is expected to run Android 16 out of the box.
The design includes a flat frame along with a dual-camera setup on the rear panel.
Realme is expected to reveal pricing details and additional specifications closer to the official launch event on May 22.
