Timi Kwatra has joined RateGain as Vice President and Global Head – Talent Acquisition, where she will lead recruitment operations across global markets. She brings extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment leadership across technology and multinational organisations.
Before joining RateGain, Kwatra served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Johnson Controls. She also worked as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where she gained experience in recruitment strategy and talent management.
Earlier in her career, Kwatra held talent acquisition leadership positions at Virtusa and Intelligroup, which is now part of NTT DATA. Her professional background spans recruitment leadership roles across established technology organisations.
Kwatra holds a Master’s in Computer Applications from Osmania University. Her experience across diverse organisations is expected to support her responsibilities in managing talent acquisition across RateGain’s global operations.
