This promotion highlights Rajesh’s significant role in strengthening customer service, compliance and government business functions within the organization.

Rajesh has been associated with BenQ India for more than 15 years, building a strong leadership journey marked by steady growth and expanding responsibilities. Most recently, he served as Director – Customer Service, Compliances & Government Business, where he played an important role in improving service delivery, strengthening compliance frameworks, and driving government business initiatives.

Prior to that, as Director – Customer Service & Compliance, he focused on enhancing customer experience and ensuring regulatory alignment across operations.

Earlier in his tenure, Rajesh worked as Senior Manager – Customer Service & Compliance, spending more than a decade building strong service operations, streamlining processes, and improving customer satisfaction metrics at scale. His contributions during this period laid the foundation for his later leadership roles within the company.

Before joining BenQ India, Rajesh worked with Reliance Communications as Area Service Manager, managing service operations and customer engagement initiatives. He also held roles at Tata Sky Ltd as Team Leader and at Samsung Electronics as Area Service Manager, gaining extensive experience across telecom, consumer electronics, and service operations.
