In his new role, Raghav will serve as Category Lead for the Ready-to-Drink Premium Business Portfolio. He will oversee strategic growth, premium portfolio marketing, innovation, distribution expansion, and P&L management across high-growth beverage categories.

Raghav has been associated with Tata Consumer Products for nearly 6 years and has steadily progressed through several strategic leadership roles. Most recently, as Senior Brand Manager – Premium Business – RTD, he managed the company’s premium hydration, RTD tea, and coffee portfolio. His responsibilities included leading brand communication, product launches, distribution growth, and business expansion initiatives.

Earlier, he worked as Brand Manager – Marketing Innovation, Packaged Beverages, where he launched and scaled multiple products across India while helping build new beverage brands from concept to commercialisation.

Prior to that, as Associate Brand Manager, Raghav led 360-degree marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies for new product launches. His earlier tenure also included leadership responsibilities in Channel GTM & Distribution Expansion, where he contributed to pan-India distribution growth, urban and rural market expansion, and channel transformation initiatives.

Over the years, his performance and leadership contributions earned multiple internal awards and recognitions within the organisation.

Before joining Tata Consumer Products, Raghav gained experience through roles at Annalect, Bharti Airtel, Cummins India, NMIMS, and other early-stage marketing and business development assignments.

With strong expertise across FMCG, premium beverages, distribution strategy, innovation, and brand marketing, his elevation reflects Tata Consumer Products’ continued focus on developing next-generation business leadership.
