Tijo Joseph has taken on a new financial leadership role at Prudent Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., where she has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She brings extensive experience across financial management, reporting, FP&A, budgeting, insurance operations, compliance and technology-driven process improvement.
Before joining Prudent Insurance Brokers, Tijo spent more than 9 years with Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Ltd., most recently serving as CFO and Head Operations. During her tenure, she progressed through roles including Vice President, Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager, taking on responsibilities across finance, accounts, compliance, information technology, budgeting and operational support.
At Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers, Tijo led several initiatives covering zero-based budgeting, revenue MIS, SBU-level P&L reporting, insurance operations technology and regulatory data management. Her work also included supporting IRDA inspections, driving CRM adoption and developing digital portals.
She worked closely with business leaders on revenue planning and rolling budgets while managing teams across accounts, IT business analysis and compliance.
Earlier, Tijo spent more than 5 years with IRIS Business Services Limited as a Business Consultant. She worked on regulatory reporting solutions for regulators and institutions across India, Singapore, Malaysia and Jordan.
Her responsibilities at IRIS included functional consulting, product specifications, domain testing, XBRL filings, stakeholder training and coordination across business analysis, development and quality assurance teams.
Tijo began her professional career through an articleship with Modi Agarwal & Associates.
In her new role as CFO at Prudent Insurance Brokers, Tijo brings together experience across finance, insurance broking operations, regulatory reporting, compliance and technology-led transformation.
