Vinit Jha, GAICD, has joined Prisma AI as Chief Technology Officer – Product & AI, bringing more than 27 years of global leadership experience across product, artificial intelligence, enterprise technology and large-scale transformation.

In his new role, Jha will lead Prisma AI’s global product vision, AI strategy and technology platform. His focus will include accelerating innovation in computer vision and operational intelligence.

Jha brings extensive experience from senior executive roles at ANZ and NTT DATA. His work across these organisations has included enterprise transformation, cloud modernisation, technology strategy, AI-enabled operational resilience and management of large-scale technology portfolios across multiple countries.

His expertise spans product strategy, AI, engineering, cloud transformation, enterprise architecture, operational resilience and organisational transformation. He also brings board-level governance experience and a track record of driving productivity improvements, cost optimisation and technology transformation.

Jha’s appointment adds senior technology and AI leadership to Prisma AI as the company continues to advance its product capabilities and focus on computer vision and operational intelligence.
