Netcore has promoted Praveen Sridhar as its Chief Customer Officer, expanding his leadership responsibilities to strengthen the company’s global customer experience and success strategy.
In his new role, Praveen will lead global customer onboarding, customer support, customer experience, value realization, and strategic initiatives from the CEO’s Office across Netcore’s Customer Engagement, Search, and CPaaS businesses. He will focus on delivering seamless onboarding, accelerating customer outcomes, strengthening customer success, and building scalable support operations that enhance long-term customer value across Netcore’s global business.
Before taking on this role, Praveen served as Chief Delivery & Experience Officer and Vice President – Growth and Customer Advocacy at Netcore. During his tenure, he led growth, customer advocacy, retention, and delivery initiatives, contributing to the company’s customer-focused business strategy.
His career also includes leadership roles at Lummo, including Donut.cx, Freshworks, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Across these organizations, he built extensive expertise in customer success, sales engineering, product consulting, presales, and delivery management, developing a strong customer-centric leadership approach to enterprise SaaS and digital transformation.
His appointment reflects Netcore’s continued focus on strengthening customer experience, driving long-term customer success, and delivering greater value across its global operations.
