In her new role, she will focus on driving innovation and developing customer-centric solutions across global markets.
Sharma brings extensive professional experience from Capgemini, Infosys, Aditya Birla Capital, Tata Interactive Systems and Larsen & Toubro. Her career spans several areas, including digital transformation, experience design, front-end engineering, business strategy, profit and loss (P&L) management, digital sales, programme delivery and global team leadership.
Throughout her career, Sharma has focused on integrating emerging technologies into business operations and delivering measurable business outcomes. Her expertise across customer experience, technology and transformation will support her continued leadership at Capgemini.
