A seasoned wealth management and client servicing professional, Pompali Saha brings extensive experience across UHNI client servicing, wealth operations, portfolio management support, client relationship management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Before her elevation, Pompali served as Associate Vice President at Motilal Oswal Private Wealth. In this role, she led client service operations for a large UHNI portfolio across multiple locations, managed and mentored client servicing teams, and ensured seamless execution across PMS, AIF, equity, debt, and alternative investment portfolios. She also played a key role in enhancing service quality, operational efficiency, compliance, and client retention initiatives.
Prior to joining Motilal Oswal Private Wealth, Pompali Saha worked as Client Relationship Manager at Centrum Wealth and as Client Services Manager at Julius Baer, where she gained significant experience in client relations and wealth servicing operations.
Earlier in her career, she served as Associate Vice President – Client Servicing at IIFL Wealth Finance Limited, contributing to high-net-worth client management and operational delivery. She also held client servicing roles at Barclays Investment Bank and Morgan Stanley, along with operations management responsibilities at Merrill Lynch.
Over the years, Saha has built deep expertise in wealth management operations, client engagement, investment servicing, relationship management, operational risk management, and financial services leadership, making her well-positioned to support the company’s continued growth and client-focused initiatives.
