Pradipta will lead the company’s cybersecurity strategy, with a strong focus on securing both IT and operational (OT) environments, while improving cyber resilience and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Pradipta brings over 20 years of experience across cybersecurity, IT platforms, and digital transformation. He has led large-scale technology and security initiatives across global organizations, driving enterprise growth and operational resilience.
Prior to this, he served as Head of Cyber Security & IT Platform at RPG Group. He has also held key roles at Adani Group, working on cybersecurity and digital transformation programs, and at Tata AIA Life Insurance, where he managed IT infrastructure and security operations.
At Polycab India, Pradipta will collaborate closely with business and operations teams to enable secure digital transformation, while strengthening enterprise-wide security frameworks and data privacy practices.
