Azizi Developments has promoted Parvathy Kumar as Head of Human Resources at Azizi Industrial, according to a report by HR Today.
In her new role, Kumar will lead the human resources function at Azizi Industrial, the group’s industrial arm supporting its construction and real estate operations. The appointment comes as the Dubai-based developer continues to build its presence across the UAE’s property and construction sectors.
Azizi Industrial supports the group’s construction activities through manufacturing capabilities spanning aluminium, façade systems, structural steel, HVAC ducting and modular construction components. These operations form part of the developer’s integrated approach to construction and project execution.
Human resources leadership across industrial operations typically encompasses workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development and organisational effectiveness, particularly in environments that require coordination between manufacturing facilities, technical teams and project operations.
Kumar’s appointment adds to the leadership team overseeing the people function at Azizi Industrial. However, further details about her previous professional experience and immediate priorities in the role were not available for independent verification.
Azizi Developments is a Dubai-headquartered real estate developer with residential and commercial projects across the UAE, including developments in Meydan, Al Furjan and Palm Jumeirah.
