A major leadership addition has strengthened Officebanao’s growth plans in North India with the appointment of Ashish Malhotra as its new Business Head for the region.
Ashish brings with him wide experience in real estate advisory, regional business expansion, and high value client partnerships. He spent over a decade at Knight Frank India, where he last served as Senior Director and MRICS. During his time there, he built a strong reputation for sharp market insight and deep understanding of the NCR real estate landscape.
Before Knight Frank, Ashish worked with JLL India, where he handled office, data centre, and commercial real estate mandates for leading clients such as Emerson, Citibank, Ion Exchange, and several others. His experience across major property segments has given him a well rounded view of evolving market needs.
Over the years, Ashish has led and delivered several landmark transactions. In 2020, during the Covid period, he closed the largest managed office deal of the year for Magic Software at Smartworks. He also executed Knight Frank’s largest mandate for STT GDC in Noida. Earlier in his career, he played a key role in leasing three lakh square feet to Samsung Electronics for its India headquarters at Two Horizon Centre, which was one of the biggest commercial real estate deals of 2016.
An alumnus of IMT Ghaziabad, Ashish is known for his clear strategic thinking and relationship driven leadership style. His approach is steady and practical, shaped by a strong understanding of market dynamics and client decision making.
With this appointment, Officebanao is expected to further strengthen its presence in the North India market and accelerate its regional growth strategy through experienced leadership and industry driven execution.
