Nutex Health disclosed the incident in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, stating that the stolen information may include private or confidential data. The company said its investigation is still underway and the full scope of the incident has not yet been determined.

Nutex Health operates 28 healthcare facilities across 12 states, including Bayou City ER & Hospital in Texas and Green Bay ER & Hospital in Wisconsin. The company reported annual revenue of $875 million in 2025 and is publicly traded as NUTX on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

After discovering the intrusion, Nutex brought in external incident-response and forensic specialists, activated its cybersecurity response plan, introduced containment measures, and notified law enforcement.

The company has not yet confirmed what type of information was compromised or whether patients, employees, credentialed providers, or business partners were affected. Its investigation is assessing whether patient, employee, provider, business, financial, intellectual property, credential, or other information was accessed or exfiltrated.

As of Aug. 24, Nutex said it had found no material impact on its operations or financial reporting systems. The company also currently does not expect the incident to materially affect its business strategy, operations, financial condition, or overall results.
