Myntra has strengthened its senior leadership with the appointment of Pramod Adiddam as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), marking a key step in reinforcing the company’s technology-driven growth strategy.
In his new role, Pramod will lead Myntra’s overall technology vision and execution. His focus will include driving innovation, improving long-term platform elasticity, and enhancing technical capabilities to support Myntra’s expanding scale and growth momentum. The appointment reflects Myntra’s continued emphasis on building strong and future-ready technology foundations as the platform evolves.
As CTO, Pramod will be responsible for advancing engineering excellence and ensuring the resilience and performance of Myntra’s technology ecosystem. His mandate includes enabling seamless, reliable experiences for millions of users across the platform. He will report directly to Myntra CEO Nandita Sinha.
Pramod brings more than 20 years of experience in building and operating large-scale, consumer-facing technology platforms. His expertise spans architecting complex commerce systems, including agentic models, scaling multi-billion-dollar marketplace engines, and leading product innovation across key consumer segments. Prior to joining it, he held senior leadership roles at global technology companies, where he led distributed engineering teams across platform development, marketplace expansion, and product innovation. His leadership style aligns closely with it’s culture of strong engineering ownership and long-term thinking.
