Motorola is preparing to launch the new Edge 70 Pro+ in India soon, and fresh details about the smartphone’s camera setup and colour variants have now been officially revealed. The upcoming device will join the Edge 70 lineup, which already includes the Edge 70, Edge 70 Pro and Edge 70 Fusion.
A dedicated microsite for the Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ has confirmed that the smartphone will feature a triple rear camera system led by a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-710 primary sensor. The camera setup will also support 3.5-degree optical image stabilisation for improved image clarity and stability.
Motorola has further teased that one of the rear cameras will offer an 81mm focal length, hinting at enhanced telephoto photography capabilities. The smartphone is also confirmed to support up to 50x digital zoom with the company’s “Super Zoom Pro” technology.
The company has additionally revealed the names of the handset’s 3 Pantone-curated colour options. The Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ will launch in Pantone Chicory Coffee, Pantone Stormy Sea and Pantone Zinfandel shades. These variants will feature different finishes, including sculpted wood, twill-inspired texture and satin-luxe styling.
In terms of design, the Edge 70 Pro+ appears visually similar to the Motorola Edge 70 Pro.
Recent reports have also suggested that the smartphone could arrive with several upgrades over the Pro model. These expected additions include a dedicated telephoto camera, wireless charging support and up to 16GB RAM.
Motorola has already confirmed that the Edge 70 Pro+ will launch in India soon. The smartphone will also be available for purchase through the e-commerce platform Flipkart after its official release.
The latest updates indicate that Motorola is positioning the Edge 70 Pro+ as a premium smartphone focused on camera performance, design and flagship-level features in the Indian market.
