Rozario Arun Prakash A has joined Mindteck as Senior Vice President – Human Resources.
In this role, he is leading the company’s global HR function while managing a team of 30 HR professionals across the US, EMEA (UK, Germany, and Middle East), and APAC (India, Singapore, and Malaysia).
With 22 years of leadership experience, Rozario brings deep expertise in building and scaling Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India from the ground up. His experience covers Talent Acquisition, Organisation Design, HR Business Partnership, Employee HR Operations, and Compliance, helping global enterprises establish high-performing and future-ready teams in India.
Throughout his career, he has built and led HR and Talent Acquisition teams of around 25 members. He has also driven annual hiring volumes of 800–1,000 professionals across both technical and non-technical roles, supporting rapid GCC expansion and capability growth.
Beyond leading HR functions in India, Rozario has contributed to global Centres of Excellence (COE) initiatives. His work includes employer branding, diversity and inclusion programs, compensation benchmarking, automation projects, HRMS implementations, and data analytics, strengthening the overall GCC operating model.
