MICA names Jagruti Kirloskar to lead global alliances and communications

Jagruti Kirloskar has joined MICA | The School of Ideas as Head – Global Alliances & Communications, bringing more than 2 decades of experience across corporate communications, brand strategy, marketing, public relations, stakeholder engagement and reputation management.

Before joining MICA, Kirloskar worked as an Independent Consultant, Columnist and Brand Philosopher. She previously spent 2 years at ANAROCK as Senior Vice President & Head – Corporate Marketing. Her earlier roles include Associate Director – Corporate Communications at MSD and Head – Corporate Communications at Boehringer Ingelheim.

Kirloskar has also held several senior communications and marketing positions across major organisations. She served as Head – India Communications at ZS and Vice President – Corporate Communications at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management.

At DHL, she worked as Marketing & Communications Lead for more than 6 years, handling branding, campaign management, advertising, public relations, social media and internal communications.

Earlier in her career, Kirloskar held communications roles at Netscribes, ICICI Lombard, Honeywell and MSLGROUP. These roles helped her build experience across B2B communications, public relations, corporate reputation and brand building.

In her new role at MICA, Kirloskar will bring her cross-sector experience in communications and marketing to an institution focused on strategic marketing, communications and creative leadership. Her appointment adds extensive industry experience to MICA’s global alliances and communications function.
