Key positions being recruited for include Analyst – HRIS, IT Engineer, and Senior Manager roles. Most of these roles are on-site, while select senior-level positions offer hybrid work options.
The Hyderabad GCC will play a critical role in supporting the company’s core functions, including technology, HR, recruitment, and operations. This setup is expected to enhance Maximus’ global delivery capabilities and strengthen its service efficiency.
The expansion is aligned with the company’s focus on healthcare and government services, where it provides technology-enabled and administrative solutions for public sector programs.
At a broader level, this development reinforces Hyderabad’s position as a rapidly growing GCC hub. The city continues to attract global firms due to its strong talent pool, robust infrastructure, and business-friendly environment.
