Bringing more than 28 years of global leadership experience, Amit has built expertise across operations, client success, business growth, global delivery, sales strategy, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
Before joining Mastek, he was associated with LTIMindtree, where he held several senior leadership positions, including VP and Global Head – Europe, UK & Africa. In this role, he managed a $500 million business portfolio spanning more than 140 customers across 9 industries, 6 geographies, and a workforce of 8,500 consultants. His responsibilities included driving P&L growth, AI-led transformation programs, operational excellence, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
Earlier at LTIMindtree and LTI, Gajwani led global delivery and business portfolios across sectors including communications, media, entertainment, travel, transportation, and hospitality. During this period, he focused on digital transformation, customer-centric innovation, market expansion, bid management, and talent development.
Prior to LTIMindtree, he spent nearly 22 years at Cybage, where he held multiple leadership roles, including EVP – Global Business Leader, Senior Vice President – Sales, Strategy and Growth, and VP – Delivery & Account Management. He played a key role in driving global sales, managing strategic accounts, expanding revenue streams, and executing long-term growth strategies.
Amit Gajwani began his professional journey at Infosys as a System Analyst and has since built a distinguished career leading global technology, operations, and business transformation programs.
With his extensive leadership experience, he is expected to play a key role in accelerating Mastek’s growth and strengthening its position in the digital services and enterprise technology landscape.
