SAP SE has appointed Mani Shekhar as Head of Partner Ecosystem Success (PES) for SAP India, effective July 1, 2026.
In his new role, he will lead the company’s partner ecosystem strategy to accelerate AI-driven transformation, cloud adoption, and customer success across India.
Shekhar will focus on strengthening strategic partnerships and scaling innovation across SAP Business AI, Industry AI, and the SAP Autonomous Suite. His responsibilities include enabling partners to co-innovate, build AI-first capabilities, and deliver measurable business outcomes for customers.

Shekhar brings more than 27 years of industry experience, including 20 years with SAP. During his career, he has held leadership roles across solution consulting, presales, and sales, supporting digital transformation initiatives in sectors such as Public Sector, Metals, and Mining.
Most recently, he served as Head of Premium Prospects, where he led efforts to expand SAP’s new customer base, drive competitive win-backs, and create growth opportunities across line-of-business solutions, emerging enterprises, and high-growth companies.
As India advances its AI-powered transformation journey, Shekhar will work to strengthen SAP India’s partner ecosystem, supporting innovation, business growth, and customer success while reinforcing the company’s commitment to helping organizations become autonomous enterprises.
