CreateMe Technologies has appointed Leslie Lambert as Vice President, People & Business Operations
Ms Lambert will lead people and business operations as the AI robotics company moves from technology development towards scaled commercialisation of its automated apparel manufacturing platform.
She will oversee people and business operations at CreateMe, with a focus on building the talent, organisational and workforce infrastructure required to support the company’s growth. The appointment is part of a broader leadership expansion announced by CreateMe as it prepares to move its automated manufacturing technology into wider commercial deployment.
CreateMe, headquartered in Newark, California, is developing automated manufacturing technology for soft materials, initially focused on apparel. Its platform combines robotics, proprietary adhesive bonding and Physical AI to enable more automated and localised production.
From fractional HR advisor to senior leadership
Her appointment also marks a quick progression within CreateMe. She brings more than two decades of experience across people leadership, talent development and organisational operations, with a career spanning retail, consumer brands, design and technology-oriented businesses.
Before joining CreateMe, Lambert spent more than six years at Lolli & Pops, where she progressed from Human Resources Director to Vice President of HR. She was elevated to the VP role in November 2024.
Her earlier experience includes HR leadership roles at Circa of America, Sephora, Williams-Sonoma and Bare Escentuals, along with positions at the Stupski Foundation, Imbue Information Design and Landor Associates.
Building the workforce behind automated manufacturing
Lambert’s appointment comes alongside two other leadership moves at CreateMe. John W. Jacobson has joined as Vice President of Commercialisation, while Ashley Nicole Stickler has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing & Partnerships. Together, the appointments are designed to strengthen CreateMe’s commercial, operational and brand capabilities as it moves towards broader deployment of its manufacturing platform.
For Lambert, the mandate extends beyond traditional HR. CreateMe says she will help build the organisational and workforce infrastructure needed to scale its manufacturing platform, placing people strategy alongside commercialisation and operations as the company moves into its next stage of growth.
