Currently serving as EVP – Director of Total Rewards and HR Solutions at Fulton Bank, Grafje leads the Total Rewards function, including executive compensation strategy and plan design, benefits, compensation execution, and HR solutions. Her role reflects strong expertise in rewards strategy and senior HR leadership.
Before joining Fulton Bank, she was Senior Vice President Global Human Resources at Sungard Availability Services, where she led global HR operations and supported acquisition and integration initiatives. She also served as Vice President, Global Compensation and Benefits at the same organisation, managing compensation, benefits, HRIS, payroll, and HR operations.
Earlier in her career, Grafje held multiple senior roles at VWR, part of Avantor. Her positions included Vice President, Total Rewards, Vice President, Human Resources and HR Services, and Vice President, HR Services. Across these roles, she led global compensation and benefits, HR systems, payroll, talent acquisition, succession planning, organisational development, performance management, and acquisition integration. She also managed executive compensation programs and Board-level compensation processes.
In addition to her corporate experience, Grafje served as an Adjunct Professor at Saint Joseph’s University. Earlier, she spent 10 years at IKON Office Solutions, where she held roles including Senior Manager, Compensation, Director, Human Resources, and HR Manager. She began her career in recruiting and benefits at Osprey Systems.
Grafje’s career reflects deep expertise across compensation, benefits, HR services, global HR leadership, succession planning, workforce strategy, executive compensation, and organisational development. With this extensive background, she is set to bring strong leadership to her new role as CHRO.
