Jennifer brings nearly 30 years of human resources leadership experience spanning manufacturing, technology, industrial, and consumer-focused organizations. Since joining Honeywell in 2023, she has held several key leadership positions, most recently serving as Vice President, Human Resources & Communications for Safety & Productivity Solutions.
She also served as CHRO | Vice President Human Resources and Communication for Process Technology, where she played a key role in advancing HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, communications, and people transformation initiatives across major business segments.
Before joining Honeywell, Reilly was Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at MKS Instruments, leading the company’s global HR strategy and talent agenda.
Earlier, Jennifer spent nearly 6 years at Danaher Corporation, holding multiple senior HR leadership roles, including Vice President, Human Resources – Life Sciences Platform. During her tenure, she also served as Vice President Human Resources and Communications at Radiometer and Vice President Human Resources at ChemTreat, supporting global operations, leadership development, talent management, and organizational transformation programs.
Prior to Danaher, Reilly held human resources leadership positions at The Hershey Company and General Mills, where she focused on workforce strategy, organizational development, talent management, and leadership capability building across various business functions.
With extensive experience in leading people and culture initiatives across global organizations, Reilly is expected to play a key role in shaping Honeywell’s talent strategy and supporting its long-term business growth objectives.
