Jennifer Amy has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at La Costeña USA, bringing extensive experience across people strategy, talent management, organizational development, executive coaching, leadership development and culture transformation. Her career spans corporate, consulting and academic roles across the United States and Latin America.
Amy joins La Costeña USA after serving as Chief People Officer at Fair Trade USA, where she was a member of the executive leadership team responsible for developing and executing the organization’s integrated People and Culture strategy. Her remit encompassed talent, learning and development, HR operations, total rewards and employee relations, alongside leadership of organizational culture transformation, succession planning, performance management, change management and employee engagement.
Previously, Amy held senior global talent leadership positions at Brink’s Inc., ultimately serving as Vice President and Head of Global Talent Management and Learning. She led the company’s Talent Center of Excellence, with responsibility for performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, talent reviews and succession planning. Her progression at Brink’s also included roles as Global Head of Talent Management and Director, Talent Management.
Earlier, Amy spent more than 11 years with Sabre Corporation, including over eight years as Global Organization and Talent Development Leader for the Latin America and Caribbean region. Her work covered performance management, high-potential and leadership programs, learning and development, employee development and HR technology. She also gained earlier international experience with Royal Caribbean Cruises and The Walt Disney Company.
Alongside her corporate career, Amy has served as Principal Consultant and Senior Executive Coach at ACS Human Development and previously held an organizational development leadership role with Willow Path Consulting. Since 2024, she has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Texas Christian University’s M.J. Neeley School of Business, teaching International Management. This combination of executive HR leadership, consulting, coaching and international experience provides a broad foundation for her new role at La Costeña USA.
