Selin brings extensive experience across people strategy, organizational transformation, talent leadership, and scaling high-growth technology businesses across global markets.
Before joining invent.ai, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Bilyoner, where she led enterprise-wide HR strategy aligned with business growth and organizational transformation. In this role, she oversaw talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, workforce planning, rewards strategy, and organizational design while working closely with executive leadership and the board on strategic human capital initiatives.
Prior to Bilyoner, Selin worked with n11.com as Head of People, where she led people transformation programs focused on organizational efficiency, restructuring, employee engagement, leadership development, and talent strategy during a major growth phase.
She also held leadership positions at Getir, including People Director – International Expansion and Director of Expansion. During her tenure, she supported the company’s international growth across European markets and led HR and organizational setup activities for new country launches and integrations. Her responsibilities included building people processes, workforce strategies, and organizational frameworks to support rapid expansion.
Earlier in her career, Selin spent more than 2 years with The Coca-Cola Company as Regional HR Strategic Business Partner, supporting leadership teams across Central Asia and the Caucasus region. She also held HR leadership roles at Roche and The Estée Lauder Companies, gaining expertise in employer branding, talent acquisition, HR analytics, learning and development, and employee engagement.
With strong experience in organizational scaling and transformation, Selin is expected to play a key role in strengthening invent.ai’s future-ready people strategy and global growth journey.
