Hexaware Technologies has elevated Manjunath GM to Vice President – Talent Acquisition, Head – Leadership and Strategic Recruitment, marking another step in his more than 8-year journey with the global technology and business process services company.
In his expanded role, Manjunath will continue to lead senior leadership, strategic and corporate/support hiring. His mandate builds on his experience in recruitment delivery, leadership hiring, talent acquisition strategy, campus engagement and candidate experience.
With more than 25 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, Manjunath has worked across technology, consulting, financial services and business services organisations, including Hexaware Technologies, [24]7, Accenture and AXA.
At Hexaware, he previously served as Associate Vice President – Talent Acquisition & Head – Leadership and Strategic Hiring, leading senior leadership, strategic and corporate/support recruitment. He initially joined the company as Assistant Vice President – Talent Acquisition and later took on broader responsibilities for strategic and executive-level hiring. His progression from Assistant Vice President to Associate Vice President and now Vice President reflects an expanding role within the talent acquisition function.
Before Hexaware, Manjunath was Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at [24]7, where he managed recruitment delivery for Bengaluru and end-to-end campus engagements. At Accenture, he served as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition – Recruitment Delivery Lead, managing recruitment delivery for Infrastructure Services.
Earlier, Manjunath spent more than 15 years with AXA, rising to Manager – Talent Acquisition. He managed recruitment across Bengaluru and Pune for analytics and research, consulting, actuarial roles and IT-enabled services staffing.
His career spans leadership hiring, strategic recruitment, recruitment delivery, campus engagement, talent management, candidate experience and diversity hiring.
