Ketan’s appointment reflects the company’s focus on strengthening digital capabilities, information systems, and business transformation in a technology-driven and mobility-focused market.
Before joining Gulf Oil India, Ketan served as AVP – Business Transformation at Yokohama Off-Highway Tires, where he led strategic transformation initiatives. This role expanded his expertise in digital enablement, enterprise change, and business modernization.
Earlier, he spent over 12 years at General Mills, holding multiple leadership roles. Most recently, he was Head – Global Engineering Solutions. His previous roles included Senior Engineering Manager, Manager – Engineering, Assistant Manager – Engineering, and MES Operations Analyst. Across these roles, he built strong capabilities in engineering solutions, operations, and technology-driven transformation at a global level.
Prior to that, Ketan worked as Group Lead at Geometric Software, where he also contributed as a pre-sales consultant. He also held roles as Software Specialist at Patni Computers and Lead Project Engineer at Invensys Controls UK Limited, gaining experience in software, project engineering, and industrial systems.
Earlier in his career, he worked as Instrumentation Engineer at Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd and began as a Trainee Engineer at Bayer, building a strong technical foundation.
With experience across manufacturing, engineering, technology, and transformation roles, Ketan brings a well-rounded profile in digital leadership, enterprise technology, and business transformation to his new role.
