FEG launches new Hyderabad GCC with €12 million expansion plan

Hyderabad’s position as a global technology and innovation hub continues to gain momentum, with FEG inaugurating its new Global Capability Centre (GCC) at My Home Twitza in HITEC City.

The new facility marks a significant milestone in FEG’s India growth journey and reinforces the company’s long-term commitment to building advanced technology capabilities in the country. What began as a single-function operation has evolved into a multi-capability centre supporting key areas such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, engineering, and gaming technologies.

With Hyderabad now established as FEG’s 3rd-largest technology hub globally, the company plans to invest €12 million over the next 5 years to further expand its operations and accelerate the development of next-generation AI-driven platforms.

Speaking on the occasion, Managing Director Avinash Gupta said, “This expansion marks a significant milestone in our India journey. We are building a high-impact technology capability center that combines strong engineering depth and an innovative mindset. We started with a single capability and today we are a Multicap capability center… India is an integral part of FEG’s global strategy and operations.”

The inauguration was attended by FEG’s global leadership team, highlighting the strategic importance of the Hyderabad centre within the company’s worldwide operations.

The expansion reflects a broader trend of global enterprises choosing India not only for talent acquisition but also for driving innovation, product development, and business-critical technology initiatives.
