This promotion marks a key step in Warner’s career with the organization, where he will now oversee human resources strategy, people operations, workforce planning, HR technology initiatives, and organizational transformation efforts across the retail business.
Eric has been with The Children’s Place for the past 4 years, serving in several leadership roles, including Vice President, Total Rewards & HR Operations and previously HRIS Director. During his tenure, he has played an important role in advancing HR operations, modernizing HR systems, enhancing workforce planning, strengthening total rewards programs, driving process improvements, and supporting enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining The Children’s Place, Eric served as Global HRIS Director at Bioclinica, where he led HR systems and workforce technology initiatives on a global scale. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, including Senior Manager, HR Systems Design & Development and HRIS Manager, where he focused on HR technology strategy and operational process improvements.
He also held HRIS leadership roles at DFC Global Corp. and analytical leadership positions at St. Luke’s University Health Network. These experiences helped him build expertise in HR systems, business intelligence, workforce analytics, workforce planning, and technology implementation.
With extensive experience across HR leadership, HR operations, HRIS transformation, business intelligence, workforce analytics, total rewards, and organizational planning, Eric Warner is well-positioned to support The Children’s Place’s ongoing growth and the continued evolution of its people strategy.
