Electrolux Group has appointed Pallavi Mishra as Vice President – HR & Communications for Region APAC, effective September 1, 2026. Based in Bangkok, she will join the company’s APAC leadership team and oversee key people and culture priorities across the region.

Pallavi brings more than 23 years of experience in human resources, covering regional HR leadership, talent strategy, organisational transformation, workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement and inclusion.

She joins Electrolux Group after nearly 10 years with Honeywell, where she most recently served as Senior Director HR – Asia Pacific. In that role, she led the end-to-end HR agenda across Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea and the Pacific, working with the APAC President and regional leadership on talent, organisation and culture priorities.

During her time at Honeywell, Mishra held several senior HR roles. As Senior Director Human Resources – ASEAN, she supported around 2,800 employees across 6 countries. Earlier, as Human Resources Director, Corporate, APAC, she worked across 15 countries, supporting more than 25,000 employees and an APAC HR organisation of over 150 professionals.

She also led HR for Honeywell’s India-based global functions and served as Head – Business HR for its Aerospace Engineering division, supporting more than 3,000 employees.

Before Honeywell, Pallavi spent around 6 years with Hewlett-Packard/HP, progressing through Manager and Senior Manager HR roles. She worked with senior business leaders on workforce strategy, organisation design, talent management, performance and rewards.

Earlier in her career, she worked as Senior Human Resources Specialist at Fidelity Business Services India, Assistant Manager HR at Xerox India Pvt Ltd and Human Resources Officer at North Delhi Power Limited.

Pallavi has experience working across cultures and nationalities and is a strong advocate for inclusive workplaces, ethical leadership, trust and accountability.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources from FORE School of Management, New Delhi, completed between 2001 and 2003.
