In her new role, Suparna will lead HR strategy and people initiatives focused on organizational growth and talent development.
Before joining DHL Global Forwarding, Suparna served as HR Business Partner at Jotun Middle East, India and Africa (MEIA), where she contributed to regional HR strategy with a focus on talent development, compensation, and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to that, she spent more than 4 years with DB Schenker, holding leadership positions including Deputy General Manager – People and Organization and Senior Manager HR. During her tenure, she led HR initiatives for regional operations, strengthening workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development frameworks.
Earlier in her career, Suparna worked with BD, where she progressed from Assistant Manager HR to Manager HR. In this role, she managed a wide range of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, and compensation & benefits at a national level.
She also gained experience at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited, where she worked on recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Her early career included roles at PeopleStrong, where she contributed to recruitment process outsourcing projects and HR operations.
Suparna holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from All India Management Association.
