DePuy Synthes has appointed Nagaraj Bhat as Vice President/GM and Global Capability Center (GCC) Site Leader in Bengaluru.
With more than 33 years of experience across GCCs, technology, global business services, digital transformation, enterprise IT, AI, product engineering and technology delivery, Bhat will focus on building a world-class multifunctional GCC for DePuy Synthes.
Before joining DePuy Synthes, Bhat held leadership roles at Cardinal Health, Baxter International Inc. and Applied Materials. Across these roles, he was involved in establishing and leading global capability and technology centres in India and international locations.
His appointment brings extensive GCC leadership experience to DePuy Synthes’ capability centre strategy in Bengaluru, with a focus on strengthening its multifunctional operations and technology capabilities.
